Hunter Johnson Associates are a building services engineering consultancy specialising in Electrical building services, environmental engineering. Our company provides a professional service to commercial, mixed use residential, local authority, education and healthcare sectors.

We work closely with a number of local Architectural Practices, as well as Regional Developers, Construction Companies and Building Services Contractors and provide mechanical & electrical building services engineering design solutions, and we ensure these are fully integrated into the building structure.

We incorporate best practice within the M&E design process by using the latest building services technologies, embracing renewable energy incentives and pushing forward the boundaries for a fully sustainable design package. By using a high degree of skills and knowledge we are able to provide practical & robust solutions to any challenges that arise.

We pride ourselves on our ability to provide practical solutions, and a high level of information tailored specifically towards the installer through our experience within the construction and M&E services industry. Our engineering design team is fully qualified and possesses not only key design skills, but also installation experience.

We provide a fully coordinated design through the use of specialist computer aided design & drafting software. This enables us to deliver a turn-key package with cost certainty and removes the interface barriers that can exist between the consulting engineer / client and contractor / installer.

We also provide consultancy services as Accredited Commercial Energy Assessors, and are able to produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) and Display Energy Certificates (DEC’s) for non-dwellings, as required under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive; as illustrated under the Hunter Johnson Energy Performance Consultants Section.
